Coverage of SHOT Show 2022 continues as we get ready to discuss all of the new guns Palmetto State Armory featured at the show.
I was lucky enough to get some face time with Josiah and Chad, who are the owner’s brother and CEO of the company, respectively. They went on camera to show off the new goodies.
PSA’s New Handguns
On hand in the both the booth and at the range were PSA’s new handguns. They had a new Micro Dagger and a new 5.7X28 pistol they’re currently calling The Rock that is named after one of the company’s owners.
Well, they didn’t have the Rock at the range and I didn’t get a chance to shoot it, but did get to take the Daggers they had for a spin. I can say that they are very shootable pistols and are accurate, easy to shoot, and a lot of fun.
Check out the video we recorded both on the show floor and at the range:
PSA’s New AK-47s:
PSA has taken a hard turn to go in a different direction to set themselves off as a gun maker, not just an AR-15 manufacturer.
Of course we got the aforementioned Dagger pistols, but something they’re really proud of is their AK-47 line.
I can say after having shot several of their AKs, that they’re making quality guns at an affordable price.
One of the AKs they were particularly proud of was the AK with AR-15 controls. So it has controls from both style weapons and it shoots your 5.56 NATO cartridge using Magpul magazines, meaning you get a last round bolt hold open feature.
You can learn more about that and the other AK-47s they’re releasing this year, in the below video:
Conclusion:
SHOT Show was a great time and there were a lot of goodies released. We did our best to cover the show, so stay tuned.
