The 300 H&H Magnum is a powerful, belted 30 caliber hunting round. It’s capable of taking any game in North America and dates all the way back to the 1920s.
It was developed by Holland and Holland and is based on the 375 H&H, necked down to accept a 30 caliber bullet.
It’s not as popular as some of the other big game hunting cartridges, and only a few ammo makers produce ammunition for it. However, it is an option and a good one at that.
