SIG Sauer just announced their newest pistol called the XTEN. The XTEN is a striker fired pistol with an X-Series grip module that is designed to take 15 round, 10 mm magazines.
Speaking of mags, it comes with two of them. It also features the other upgrades that are usually found on the X-Series pistols like a flat trigger, night sights, and a slide cut for an optic.
It comes standard with a 5 inch bull barrel and the pistol weighs in at 33 ounces.
The 10mm ballistics are fantastic, and a staple for any outdoorsman serious about animal defense in the woods. For anyone that carries a P320 for self-defense, you can now make the seamless switch to a pistol with similar ergonomics that packs a bigger punch.
