Ammo2U.com — Our New In Stock Ammo Database

April 29, 2020 By Joshua Gillem

Okay so we took a bit of a hiatus on publishing regularly scheduled content on this website but it was for good reason. I ended up taking one of our old domain names that I purchased at auction more than a year ago and decided to stick an in-stock ammo database on it.

My reasoning behind this is to help people find ammunition right now during this pandemic. Stuff is getting hard to find, and I don’t see it letting up at any point in the near future — maybe not until next year.

Why? What is happening right now is kind of a double whammy. First, we’ve got the global pandemic taking place.

Because of this fear is up, stocks are down, oil prices are way down as of this writing, food is going up, and ammo is flying off the shelf almost as fast as toilet paper is.

To make matters worse, there may be a food shortage problem and in the world of Josh (which, is me by the way), killing my dinner is the next best thing. In order to do that you need ammo of some sort.

It really doesn’t matter if it’s .22lr for squirrels, bird shot for pheasant, turkey loads for, well, turkeys, or something bigger for bigger sized dinner like dear, elk, or bear.

But, you can’t do that if you don’t have ammo.

That’s whammy numero uno.

The second one (remember this is a double whammy), is that this is an election year in the United States of America. And, clueless girl groper Biden quietly announced his gun control plan (which I speak about much more in depth over here at my day job).

His gun control plan is a no-go for me. And, anyone who votes for that clown is dead to me because he plans to shut the gun industry down. If you vote for that ass-hat, it’s like you’re voting for my kids not to eat.

Anyway, moving on …

Because our future as a country is uncertain both in terms of who is going to run it as well as the pandemic, things might not return back to normal for a while in terms of ammunition.

I’m guestimating that things might not return to normal until summer of 2021.

I hope I’m wrong. In fact, I’d rather be wrong. Why? Because I write gun reviews for a living and need to keep doing them or find myself out of a job. I’ll eventually run out of ammo if I keep shooting it, and won’t be able to do gun reviews.

Anyway, that’s for me to figure out. The point is that as someone who has worked for the industry for several years, I feel obligated to steer people in the right direction whenever possible.

That means developing a database of in-stock ammunition that updates automatically each day.

The website is called Ammo2U.com and it currently shows the most popular calibers. Time will tell how long I keep it up. I am a one man show and do the best I can, but it takes a bit for new calibers to be added. If it’s as popular as I hope it is, I’ll for sure be adding more to it.

It is an affiliate website, for the most part. What this means is that for most of the sales I will get a kickback from the website. That doesn’t happen for all of them, though, and doesn’t in any way cost you anything extra.

Hey, don’t hate on me. After all, I got mouths to feed.

Anyway, please check it out and let me know what you’d like to see changed, keeping in mind that I’m doing the best I can with it as a lone wolf.
