Ammo Now

December 3, 2020 By Joshua Gillem

SIG training ammo

2020 has turned out to be a pile of stinky dog turds. Everyone got this bad cough which is causing us all to have to wear face coverings, the presidential election didn’t turn out how we were hoping it would, there is an endless number of empty toilet paper shelves, and someone else shot all the ammo.

Well, I’m still able to find ammo but I’m not using methods like everyone else is.

I’ve spoken about this at length over at the day job where I serve as managing editor for ConcealedCarry.com, but figured the more the merrier so why not cover it here, too, to get freedom seeds into the hands of even more people.

You can use the third party websites like ammoseek, or even my database over at ammo2u.com, but they don’t always list people who don’t pay them to be listed, and you don’t always end up with the cheapest ammo prices.

I was one of the first people to cover the fact that you could buy ammo over at Federal’s website when this crap hit the fan, and am about to do it again.

As of this writing, you can find in stock ammo in popular calibers on the following websites for cheaper than dirty undies (well, maybe not but you get my point):

Federal

Blazer

Speer

Advanced Tactical (Armscor)

Bulk Munitions

Creedmoor

The best part about all of the above listed websites is that shipping is either free after spending a certain amount of money, or very reasonable considering what you’d be getting.

For example, I just checked the cost of shipping to my address in NC from Bulk Munitions on a case of 9mm and it was under $20. Not bad considering the weight of 1,000 rounds of ammo.

Even better, I think they’re the only ones with 380 in stock, but I could be wrong on that one.

If you need ammo, keep buying it because the price will continue to go up well into the foreseeable future as companies come out and tell us about the billions of dollars in backlog that they’ve got.

And in case you missed it, what I’m referencing is the 1 billion dollars in backlog that Vista Outdoors has recently told us about. Vista owns Federal, Speer, and Blazer.

So that about sums it up this time, make sure you’re buying ammo as often as your budget allows because who knows what’s next on the horizon. Killer murder hornets? Sharks falling from the sky?

President Kamala Harris?

Stay frosty, my friends.
